NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

The Community: Resides in the prestigious Orange Tree neighborhood, surrounded by orange groves (you can pick your own oranges) and with its own tennis and pickle ball courts, tots lots and conservation area. You are only minutes away from golf courses and Lake Louisa National Park, where you can try horse riding, snorkeling, windsurfing, fishing and many other activities. You are also only minutes away from local supermarkets, restaurants and other local amenities such as Banks, Post Office, gas station and take aways.

Golf getaway
The house met all of our needs and the exceptional weather every day was an added bonus. It is our second year staying here.

Excellent choice of housing
We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. We take a golfing vacation with other couples and friends around this time every year. The house was very accommodating to our needs and bedroom choices. We would definitely be looking to book again next year once we know the dates.
