NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

The Community: Resides in the prestigious Orange Tree neighborhood, surrounded by orange groves (you can pick your own oranges) and with its own tennis and basketball courts, tots lots and conservation area. You are only minutes away from golf courses and Lake Louisa State Park, where you can try horse riding, snorkeling, windsurfing, fishing and many other activities. You are also only minutes away from local supermarkets, restaurants and other local amenities such as Banks, Post Office, gas station and take aways.

The location of the property was great! Close to disney parks and old town. There is not need to take I-4. The house was cleaned, well decorated, and had a lots of things to make the stay more pleasant like fans for the pool area, baby playpen, a safe, pool table, hockey table and etc... will definitely rent again.

Loved it
The pictures do not do this property justice. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. My family was so happy with the house and all 8 of us fit comfortably here. Our only issue was that there were no beach supplies which wasn’t a big deal because it’s not near the beach but if I knew that prior I would have packed some. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. I had to change my dates a few times and they were very flexible and accommodating
