The Property: Luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bath home within the community of Orange Tree, is privately owned and includes many personal touches you will not find in a hotel room. Situated on a fully landscaped corner lot, located just 1 mile from shopping and only 8 miles from the the Walt Disney World® Resort. In fact, spend an evening by the pool and you just may see their fireworks!
Our home can sleep up to 10 people and is fully air conditioned with its own private screened pool and extensive privacy landscaping. It is tastefully furnished throughout, with all the conveniences you could possibly need, including a large size outdoor barbeque grill. Our beautiful home is large enough to accommodate 2 families comfortably.

NOTE:
This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

The Community: Resides in the prestigious Orange Tree neighborhood, surrounded by orange groves (you can pick your own oranges) and with it’s own tennis and basketball courts, tots lots and conservation area. You are only minutes away from golf courses and Lake Louisa National Park, where you can try horse riding, snorkeling, windsurfing, fishing and many other activities. You are also only minutes away from local supermarkets, restaurants and other local amenities such as Banks, Post Office, gas station and take aways.

Beautiful home
Beautiful home, nice neighborhood. We were very impressed with the quiet, peacefulness of this home. Management came by and cleaned the pool for us. Very much enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the kids swim while visiting with family. Plenty of room for everyone and my dog!

Better than I expected!
First off the house big and roomy. The furniture was a little worn but very comfy. Our pets had fun running around the house and on the large field as well the neighborhood. The only downer was the pool was ice cold so we couldn't swim. Other than that we spent our Christmas together and happy. Thank you Steve and Jenny

Loved this house
We loved our stay here the house was beautiful! Very quiet quiet neighborhood my grandkids loved the pool Steve was very understanding and accommodating very nice talked to Jenny couple times on the phone very sweet
